Westwood Terrace is an active community located in Smyrna, Georgia just off the East West Connector. Throughout this website, homeowners, renters and prospects will learn about Westwood Terrace, the wonderful community that lives in the neighborhood, the rules and regulations of the community and much more! 

 

Some of the pages on this website are log-in and password protected. If you come across a page you cannot access, please attempt to log-in and register yourself as a homeowner. A submission form will be sent to the Board of Directors, who will review your request.
 

IMPORTANT: Only the homeowner on record can submit a registration form and the request must come from the name and email on file with Heritage Property Management. The homeowner can then create additional users on their account. 

 

 

 

There is a Message Board on this website, which is a forum for the community to discuss items, such as contractors for home improvement projects or general conversation.
