Parking Regulations

In an effort to promote safe driving throughout the community, new parking rules and regulations were put into effect for homeowners, family members and guests.

Homeowners and renters can download a fully copy of the parking rules and regulations on the link above. Below is a list - not comprehensive though - of the most common parking rules and causes for violations.
  • No guest or resident street parking between 12 AM - 6 AM. Vehicles will receive a violation sticker and a request submitted to Howards Towing for vehicle to be towed.
  • Speed limit is 15 MPH.
  • All (4) spaces at the home must be used prior to parking in one of the (21) Designated Parking Spaces. Only when these 4 spaces are occupied, should a homeowner request an exception (for extended parking) to park in one of the 21 (Designated Community Parking) spaces as defined in 4.1.9 Exception.
  • No parking on grass, sidewalk, tow away zones, or in fire lanes.
  • All guest vehicles parked in common areas must be registered with Parking Boss between 10 PM - 7 AM. Remember: No residents are allowed to park in the common area guest spaces between 10 PM and 7 AM without approval from Board of Directors and an exception granted. Follow directions on the posted signs to register or Click Here.  (A unique Passcode for home being visited is required when registering).
  • 4 violations within 365 days can lead to towing and/or additional fines called out in 7.1 Violation Fines Table of the Policy Related to Vehicle Operation and Parking.
Requesting New Parking Decals
  • If a home is sold, the new homeowner should request new decals and all previous decals for the home will be rendered invalid in the Parking Boss System.
  • If a home is rented, homeowner should request new decals for new tenants. All old decals will be rendered invalid in the Parking Boss System (It is the homeowner’s responsibility to ensure tenants receive a copy of the parking policy and any appropriate decals to avoid fining and/or towing if not complying with the community parking policy).
To request decals or the unique Passcode, please provide the following information to westwoodterrace30082@gmail.com:
  • Homeowner name
  • Property address
  • Number of decals needed (maximum of 4 can be requested)

If a car is towed for violating the policy
Please contact Howard's Wrecker to assist in the recovery of your car. The Board of Directors and Heritage cannot assist with this process.
