Board

Each year, at the Westwood Terrace annual meeting in the Fall, homeowners vote on five individuals who own property in the community, to represent the neighborhood as Board of Directors. Board Member terms are for 1 year, beginning on January 1 and concluding on December 31 of each year. Board Members can serve an unlimited amount of terms, as long as voted in by the community or by the board if there is less than 5 members.
