Our Community

Westwood Terrace is an active community located in Smyrna, Georgia just off the East West Connector. As a thriving community - featuring a luxurious pool, beautiful landscaping and spacious townhomes - Westwood Terrace is the perfect neighborhood to call your special home!

The neighborhood features 160 three-level townhomes, with either 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, or 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and one half bath. Some homes are designed to have the kitchen as you walk into the second-floor entrance or a living room. All homes feature a gas-burning fireplace, second floor outdoor deck and hardwood floors. A first floor patio is also included. Some homes include a fenced-in backyard, which the homeowner is responsible for building, following an approval from the Board of Directors.

The community pool is one of the most popular spots all summer long. Beginning around April 1st through September 30th, the gated pool is open for all residents. During the summer, the Board of Directors typically sponsors the annual pool party for the community. The official days are communicated to the community.

Westwood Terrace does feature a rental-cap, which requires a less than 10% rental rate within the neighborhood. This was established January 19th, 2019 and homeowners prior to the regulation are grandfathered in and not required to follow the rental-cap rate. Currently new rentals are not permitted, unless grandfathered. We also have a waiting list for those not grandfathered that are wanting to rent. No leases < 1 year are allowed.

Nearby Westwood Terrace is the 61-mile long Silver Comet Trail, plenty of grocery stores and other shopping options, home improvement stores, a variety of restaurants and other attractions.
